ONE:INDUSTL – Where Lifestyle Meets Architecture
ONE:INDUSTL is a project dedicated to the client’s acquired tasteful lifestyle and a tribute to the architecture of the building “Martin No.38”
The client is a globe-trotter with time spent travelling religiously more than a quarter of the calendar every year. Outside of the hustle, time is spend in the serenity of home with a good book and glass of wine.
To the client, Martin No. 38 was a building of strong architecture character and unique interior design. It was a breath of fresh air to usual housing apartment design where it is often associated with luxury themes or modern urban design.
The design brief given was to tread closely to the signature architecture and design cues of the building, but there was a strongneed to reinvent and find a connection to the owner’s lifestyle.
The centerpiece of this project is the bespoke design of the steel structure with timber shelves to house the collected treasures from the client’s affinity for “space & infinity”.
The kitchenette was given life with the splash of royal blue and gold accents, steering away from the usual suspects of monochromatic tones.
From the procured graphic wall pictures to the balcony’s custom green wall and understated master bedroom setting, every aspect of the home is a close collaboration between the designer and owner to realize the design vision and the reflection of the owner’s personality.
