We met Keith in 2020 online, cause we were anxious to discuss and understand how much would be required for renovation , he was friendly and welcoming , and we felt no pressure when we talked about possible renovation . Sadly our home got delayed due to covid but we came back to him in 2022 where it all started, and still as welcoming as ever . Pre renovation , Keith was extremely patience in understanding our needs for our home and recommending what would be best . he was the only ID that we had come across that never said that it cannot be done , he would always take it in and try to find a solution to incorporate the design that we want , also advising us on the pros and cons of items. During renovation , updates would be given when things are being done at our home , any queries would be address efficiently. We both can see how dedicated he was as he spend countless of hours perfecting the design for our island table and ensuring that design ,and functionality come hand in hand . Post renovation , any queries were still answered , we wanted to add more panels and even though handover was done , he still helped us by coming up with a solution and arranging it to be done. I first chanced upon Keith during the 2020 Circuit Breaker and he knew then that my key collection was still 2 years away, but the effort he took for discussions and quotation, and his professionalism and knowledge about this field left a very good impression. While I had another round of search for IDs in late-2021, no one gave my husband and I as good an impression as Keith gave. We went ahead with Keith and we have no regrets with this decision. With all the reno nightmares lately, we are thankful Keith is exactly what you expect of an ID - one who can design and bring life to your ideas, and one who can manage your project schedule so well you don't need to be the one worrying what should come first or what's next. We wanted to reconfigure our HDB BTO 4-room layout to one that was spacious but cozy, and have the "hotel vibes" but yet feels like a place only we could call our own. Keith understood our requirements well and gave an honest quotation with no hidden costs. One thing special Keith did was also to list some items he felt was necessary to complete the look as optional items, which allowed us to have a feel of the costs ahead of time and not be shocked at a later stage as costs we have to suddenly fork out. How close our actual end result looked, as compared to the 3D rendering done 6 months before, is testament of how Keith has a clear vision of what he wants to achieve from the beginning and how he can deliver as promised. The whole execution of the renovation works took 2 months, entirely within the timeline that Keith had promised us from the beginning, despite some delays in carpentry works faced in the middle of the project. The quality of works is also great, with minimal touch up required to be done post-reno. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of work and service provided by Keith.
